1. Are your products authentic?

Yes. At Vintage Block, we focus on authentic streetwear pieces and unique designs. Availability may vary, and some items are only offered for a limited time or through pre-orders.

2. Why is my item marked as a pre-order?

Some of our products are made or sourced on demand. Pre-order items require additional processing time before shipping. Estimated delivery times are displayed on the product page.

3. Why are some designs no longer available?

We regularly refresh our collections and introduce new designs every 1–2 months. Once a design sells out or a collection ends, it may not return.

4. Why is my order taking longer than expected?

During new releases, promotions, and clearance sales, order volumes can increase significantly. As a result, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

5. How long does customer support take to respond?

We're a small independent business and personally handle customer inquiries. While we strive to reply as quickly as possible, response times may be slightly longer during busy periods. Every message is important to us, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
